Rule 97
Statement of Assets
: (1) Every armed police officer within sixty days of the end of each financial year and newly appointed armed police officer within sixty days of his appointment shall fill in the statement of his assets in the form prescribed by the Government of Nepal and file the statement of assets before the officer appointed by the Government of Nepal. will fall.
(2) In case of any increase or decrease in the assets of the armed police personnel, they shall inform the authority within three months.
